Our company is growing and we are currently hiring experienced painting Project Managers/crew leaders for the hands-on oversight of interior and exterior residential and commercial Painting Projects.

Heritage Home Painting is a 2nd generation, family-owned & operated, interior & exterior residential and lite commercial painting company. The ideal candidate is experienced in residential and commercial painting and executes the highest level of standards. This candidate must be able to physically perform the duties of the job which include, but not limited to; lifting heavy objects, standing, bending, stooping, reaching overhead, climbing stairs / ladders and performing repetitive movements.

Responsibilities

• Understands and executes work orders on time and in a professional manner.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area with equipment and supplies properly secured.
• Inspects and ensures work is done to the highest quality.
• Follows all safety procedures and policies.
• Provides outstanding attention to details throughout every project.

Qualifications and experience

• Experience with interior and exterior painting and the knowledge of painting tools and equipment used for residential and commercial painting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, customers and employees.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude, that is highly self-motivated and organized.
• Extremely detail oriented and quality conscious.
• Provide references from previous jobs and willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check.
• Applicants must be reliable & on time, be ambitious & energetic, have an eye for detail, and be focused delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $10,000.00 per week
