Responsibilities:
- Perform auto body repairs and restoration on vehicles
- Conduct pre and post repair vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine repair methods and work quality
- Repair and replace damaged body parts, including panels, fenders, doors, and bumpers
- Weld and solder damaged metal parts
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient repair processes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role (3 + years minimum)
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques and methods
- Proficient in welding and soldering techniques
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret auto estimating documents
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
