Salary***This position is located at our external paint shop located in Syracuse Indiana.***
The roles and responsibilities of Paint – Part Preparation are as follows:
- Unload/load parts from delivery trucks
- Inspect parts for damage or other quality issues
- Sand parts for the painting process
- Clean parts for the painting process
- Maintain a clean work area
- Follow company quality and safety standards
- Work with the entire paint shop team to accomplish the task at hand
Minimum and Preferred requirements:
- Willing to train motivated individuals
- Must have a good attendance record
- Must have a can do attitude
- Must be willing to work in a team environment
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have a desire to produce high quality parts
- Experience with sanders, DA’s, and spray guns is a plus but not required
