Essence of the role (Role’s Purpose):
Paid Social Strategist - Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
We are currently seeking a Paid Social Strategist to join our performance advertising team. In your role as Paid Social Strategist, you will be responsible for growing sales and acquiring new-to-brand customers through Paid Social ads for our brand.com eCommerce websites. You will be responsible for strategy, planning, executing, evaluating, optimizing, and day-to-day management tasks of all Paid Social advertising campaigns to key performance metrics. You will ensure that all reporting and Paid Social advertising management are carefully executed with the highest quality and in a timely manner.
Recipe for Success (Responsibilities):
  • Grow Paid Social sales and acquire new customers for our brand.com eCommerce websites while ensuring that ROAS and KPIs are being met.
  • Develop, optimize, test, and manage Paid Social strategies
  • Analyze performance and develop data-driven strategies and recommendations to improve performance
  • Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics to internal teams
  • Maintain reporting log to track a/b test results and creative performance
  • Work with in-house creative team to create high converting content, images, and videos. We like exciting copy that grabs attention, persuades, and converts.
  • Provide recommendations to improve Paid Social conversion rates on brand.com eCommerce landing pages.
  • 100% ownership of digital advertising budgets and KPIs on Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, & other 3rd party media platforms.
  • Quickly investigate and resolve issues that adversely impact performance or cause ads to stop serving before, during, and after normal working hours.
  • Daily monitoring of KPIs and pacing of monthly budgets
  • Setup, verify and troubleshoot advertising pixels
  • Keep current with industry trends and best practices
  • Manage relationships with advertising vendors
  • Train and guide team members
  • Direct response copywriting 500-1,000 word advertorials and sales pages that convert. Please include direct response writing samples or portfolio with application.
  • Work Eastern Standard Time zone
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Ingredients Required (Qualifications):
  • This role requires strong understanding of Paid Social media ads to effectively develop, manage, implement Paid Social advertising strategies and strong quantitative skills to analyze performance and make data driven decisions.
  • You think strategically about how each piece fits the advertising strategy and customer purchasing journey for new-to-brand customers.
  • Able to explain your thought process, collect and incorporate feedback or push back when there’s a good reason to do so.
  • You will ensure that all reporting and Paid Social advertising management are carefully executed with the highest quality and in a timely manner.
  • Self-starter, work independently, results driven, responsible, organized, meet fast paced environment deadlines.
  • 3+ years experience with Paid Social growing brand.com eCommerce sales
  • Strong quantitative skills and knowledge of statistics
  • Capability to analyze data and trends
  • Must have high attention to detail, numbers, proofreading, writing and editing skills for accuracy
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Advanced Excel skills and Google Ads campaign management experience preferred
