About the Role:

This Paid Social Manager/Sr. Manager will play a key role in expanding Clear Ads’ service offerings to help our clients grow. We already help our clients grow their businesses using Amazon’s advertising programs, and now we’re building out a TikTok team to help our clients grow even faster.

In this role, you’ll lead the Paid Social media buying for our clients, which includes building campaigns, launching audience and creative testing, optimizing budgets, and building landing pages. You’ll report on performance updates to the client and feed creative and messaging insights to the Advertising Creative Strategist, who leads the creative asset development for the channel.

**ABOUT THE ROLE** This is a fully remote role, though ideally you'll work east coast hours if you reside in the US so there's sufficient overlap with the London team. For the right candidate who wants to, we can sponsor a work visa if you wish to relocate out of the US and be based in the UK. This could be a great opportunity for someone who's always wanted to move to/near Europe!

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of experience managing acquisition-focused Paid Social campaigns
• (brand-side or agency-side)
• Experience pulling data from ad platforms and reporting tools to present weekly performance results and insights
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity and usage of social media platforms like TikTok
• Clear communication skills
• Natural instinct to continue learning and staying on top of trends
• Client-facing/stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and positively with teammates and clients

Pluses/Nice-to-Haves:

• Paid social experience for eCommerce companies specifically
• Specifically paid TikTok experience (not just FB/IG)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
