We are searching for a self-motivated, hard-working Paid Search Campaign Manager that can join our team and hit the ground running on day one. Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize Paid Search strategy across a rapidly growing number of industries
- Own performance outcomes for specific accounts; develop deep understanding of KPIs impacting P&L
- Build scalable processes that can be seamlessly incorporated across multiple verticals
- Outline Paid Search strategy for new verticals by identifying key topics and overseeing account structures
- Train and mentor junior level Paid Search team members
- Facilitate business development pitches by translating account performance into growth and optimization opportunities for our partners
- Maintain an A/B testing pipeline to deliver insights and drive strategy; strive to constantly improve upon account performance, iterating on wins and learning quickly from losses
- Liaison with Google account management team to remain on the cutting edge of Ads trends
- Monitor and react to performance trends in Google and Bing Ads to increase our competitiveness in SEM space
- Prepare and present performance reports, continuously identifying areas of potential optimization
- Routinely conduct and update competitive analyses in the verticals we participate in and identify opportunities to test and improve keyword coverage and ad copy
Requirements:
- 6+ years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Acute attention to detail, a strong sense of work ownership and consistently meets deadlines
- A desire to constantly improve and excel in both individual and team performance
- Eager to learn and share knowledge with team
- Experience with Google and Bing ad platforms
