Position provides support to the Packaging Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Training and Qualification assessment of New Hires Document Control and QA Liaison
- Coordinating with Shifts for initial and follow up qualifications
- Maintaining Qualification standard reviews and progress reports
- Coordinating with HR to ensure training records are on file and updated
- Process/Translate large amounts of data using pivot tables, graphs and other forms of analysis for management reporting
- Collect, prepare, update and maintain department Auditable records
- Cleaning schedules and verification sheets
- CIP records
- SOP’s
- Training documents and records
- QIT Originator
- Create QIT and accumulate all materials and documentation required
- Coordinate with QA any follow up actions
- Review of daily check sheets
- Review for accuracy
- Track report findings
- Maintain Vacation and RTO
- Consumables inventory order and control
- Sanitation equipment control
- Maintain monthly KPI’s, reports and update
- Anything else needed to help BCB Packaging Dept
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare weekly and weekend work schedules.
- Serve as relief supervisor as needed.
- Meet with vendors as needed to research purchasing decisions.
- Assist Packaging Department with special project work.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Intermediate or better computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, SharePoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers, vendors and customers.
- Industrial maintenance background preferred.
- Must be available for overtime as needed.
