Job Description
- Assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of client goals plans.
- Supervise youth activities and motivate youth.
- Ensure a safe, healthy environment reflecting Covenant House principles.
- Facilitate and monitor group support services including meals, activities and sessions.
- Document information regarding all client interactions, caseload progress and outside agency contact.
- Complete status and grant related documentation including census, intake/discharge, youth profiles and assessments.
- Ensure allocation and documentation of youth savings and resources.
- High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree Preferred.
- Excellent communication and crisis management skills and the ability to handle physically challenging situations.
- Excellent assessment and judgment capabilities.
- Valid drivers license with an insurable record
- Willing to travel between Covenant House sites
