Salary### Duties:
- Teach dance classes to students of various ages and skill levels, focusing on the Zumba style
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational goals
- Provide instruction in proper dance techniques, including posture, alignment, and movement
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and ensure a safe learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate performances, recitals, and other dance events
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in dance education to enhance teaching methods
### Skills:
- Strong background in Zumba dance technique and performance
- Experience working with students of all ages, including adults
- Excellent classroom management skills to maintain discipline and focus during lessons
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities
- Knowledge of theater arts and stage production for dance performances
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate and interact with students, parents, and staff members
- Experience in curriculum development for dance programs or classes
- Passion for dance education and a commitment to fostering a love for the art form in students
