Overnight Shift Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and help us meet our goals and objectives. You will be responsible for ensuring that employees are properly trained, working hours are met, and that all policies and procedures are followed. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the shift itself runs smoothly and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you should be a leader and have excellent communication skills. You should be able to manage employees as well as lead them during shifts. Ultimately, you will ensure that our operations run smoothly and our customers have a great experience with us.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shifts meet production goals on time
• Ensure daily performance standards are met for all shifts
• Train new employees on how to operate equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure shift complies with company policies and procedures
• Ensure shift is organized and productive throughout the day
• Communicate shift issues to management (e.g., customer complaints, equipment issues etc.)
• Manage any employee issues or concerns by contacting appropriate departments (e.g., HR, Safety etc.)and following up with appropriate staff members or managers.
• Oversee daily record keeping of shifts by recording all shift statistics in the shift database and ensuring it is updated as required by the company (e.g. attendance records)
• Assist in training new employees when needed
• Identify ways in which we can improve efficiency or processes within shifts (e.g. purchasing supplies, planning shifts etc.)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
