Company DescriptionAre you tired of working weekends? We have an amazing opportunity for a high-volume scratch-kitchen chef looking to get out of the daily grind of dinner service!
If you are reliable, independent, and great with communication and managing a team-- We want to speak to you!
We are in need of an Overnight Kitchen Manager:
- This position would typically work a set schedule 7pm-4am, 9-6am, or 12-9am depending on preference.
- The position will be Sun-Thurs nights- with all day Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday day off.
- You will be responsible for the overnight production team- prepping proteins, sides, and to-go items for two high-volume restaurants, as well as overseeing an overnight janitorial team.
- Directly manage a team of 10 people.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef of each restaurant on production levels needed.
- Collaborate with Management of both locations to ensure cleanliness standards are being upheld.
