Form of workCapital Veterinary Specialist, Jax. is looking for a hard working overnight Kennel assistant. The ideal candidate would assist the techs in the ICU by restraining patients, cleaning kennels, performing housekeeping duties and more. It is a position in which the employee will gain a large amount of experience and be exposed to many emergency situations. Assist hospital staff by cleaning, sweeping and mopping facility, kennels, dog runs, removal of trash and assisting veterinary technicians with animal care functions as well as other tasks involved in the operations of a veterinary hospital.
Applicants must be:
Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
Strong team player
Must also be able to work weekends and holidays
Experience in ER preferred but are willing to train the right candidate.
