Overnight Hotel Front Desk

Associates working our Third Shift Hotel Front Desk/Night Audit role are key to the overall experience the guest will have.

Working the overnight shift involves closing out the business for the day and creating accounting reports, as well as checking in or out those guests during non- traditional hours. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference.

If you enjoy working semi-independently from others, have a winning personality and high sense of responsibility – this role is perfect for you!

We are currently hiring for Sunday and Monday nights, with the ability to work more if others need time off.

Daily Activities for our Third Shift Front Desk/Night Audit position include:

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
• Provide information and assistance to guests in person and by phone
• Prepare accounting reports for the management team

Desired Qualities for our Third Shift Front Desk/Night Audit position include:

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Effective problem solving: anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues as they arise
• Desire to not just meet but exceed guest expectations
• Ability to work independently during 11pm to 7am shift
