369 Management is a local family business that owns and operates 14 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. Here's what the Overnight Shift entails:
- Cleaning and resetting the store to prepare for the morning rush by wiping everything down, cleaning equipment, taking out the trash.
- Prep all coffee and other beverages to be ready for the morning rush
- Quick & friendly service for the guests (mostly regulars) that come in during the night.
- Must be able to fluently speak/read English
- Capable of counting money and making change
- Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)
- Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
