Gellert Hospitality Group, a proud Five Guys franchisee, is seeking friendly and dedicated individuals to join our Restaurant Crew in Manchester, NH. We are looking for team players with a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. No previous food handling experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Take and accurately prepare food orders while following proper food safety guidelines
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation by performing cleaning tasks
- Adhere to brand standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality
- Work collaboratively with other Crew Members and provide support as needed
Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Part-time availability
What We Offer:
- Competitive starting rate with growth potential
- Base rate: $14.00 per hour
- Tip income: $3.00 per hour (approximately)
