Overnight Care Partner

Serenity Assisted Living & Memory Care offers an exceptional assisted living and memory care facility with great care and friendly staff. We are a family owned and operated company located in Dilworth, MN. Serenity is seeking a qualified individual to add to Team.

Job tasks including med administration, laundry, cleaning, minimal food prep and helping clients with their physical and emotional needs.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• CNA License is preferred for Memory Care but not required.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly

• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public

• Must practice and promote Serenity’s Policies and Procedures, Mission Statement and Core Values

• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.

• Full or Part Time
• 12, Hour, 10 Hour or 8 Hour or 4 Hour Shifts
• 2Weekends/Month
