We are Looking for an Overnight Baker to join our great team. We are an Artisan french bakery that makes everything from scratch . Your job is to proof,bake & glaze the pastries & place them out for display . You must have a year of similar experience .
Duties:
- Proof and bake a variety of bakery items, such as bread, croissants &pastries.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Decorate, Glaze and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of similar experience
-Proficient in food preparation techniques and baking methods
- Knowledge of catering principles and practices
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used in baking
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
