HIRING AUTOMOTIVE ENTHUSIASTS AND EXPERTS IN THE FONTANA AREA! $24-$29 FULL TIME
Currently seeking individuals with exceptional customer service and extensive knowledge in the automotive industry for a Customer Service Representative specialized in auto parts. This individual will communicate with customers via phone calls, email and chat to assist with order processing, technical support and general service inquiries regarding automotive part orders. The ideal candidate will be highly familiar with automotive parts and has experience with Over The Phone customer service!
Job Description:
- Provide detailed instructions, troubleshooting, and solutions to customers. If you are a car enthusiast, this is a huge plus, but not a requirement.
- Process orders and returns
- Identify and provide solutions to complex issues with automotive parts and accessories
- Respond to customer questions with information about products and services
- Provide information or make sales directly to customers via the telephone, through email, or via chat messages
- Collect customer information pertinent to business objectives, such as name, address and other demographic information.
- Partner with Engineering to identify and develop resolutions to product quality control concerns
Qualifications:
- Automotive experience or familiarity REQUIRED (must be familiar with car parts such as intake filters, intercooler pipes, etc. as well as installation of parts)
- 2+ years of experience working with customers; Over The Phone customer service highly preferred
- Strong communication skills via email, chat and Over The Phone
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
