Withum's Outsource Accounting Systems and Services (OASyS) team is seeking aLead Consultant - Healthcare to join our growing team in either our East Brunswick, NJ or Red Bank, NJ office. This is a hybrid position (3 days in office expectation). They will oversee and work together with staff and senior team members to service a wide range of companies. How You'll Spend Your Time:
- Supervising a team
- Reviewing and approving payments to vendors / contractors
- Reviewing and approving payroll
- Handling month end close processes
- Reviewing and approving all proposed JEs
- Reviewing all reconciliations for Balance sheet accounts
- Performing monthly Financial Reporting including FS, narratives and dashboards
- Budgeting / Cash flow forecasting
- Working with Client Leadership of organization
- Facilitating outside annual audits
- Ensuring proper internal controls and enhancement of processes
The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or CPA Candidate
- 5-7+ years of accounting experience
- Outstanding communication skills
- Preferably experience with Intacct Accounting System, QBO, and/or NetSuite Accounting Systems
