Overview:

Our regional Sales Team is looking for a hard-working, self disciplined, charismatic person to be a sales agent in our new territory.  A traditional sales background or prior sales is not required.

The Role We Are Looking To Fill:

You will connect with owners, administrators, and key decision-makers by making in-person sales calls and prospecting in small and medium size businesses in your sales territory.  Your primary job will be scheduling either individual presentations (20 to 45 minutes long) or group presentations (5-10 minutes long) with the employees, completing presentations, and closing sales with clients.  The immediate goal for sales professionals is new client acquisition, with your long-term sales goals eventually shifting to reservicing your establish clients and following up on new referrals from your client base.  You will report your weekly sales metrics, set up your schedule in advance each week, set your goals, and participate in various coaching calls with the trainer on your team.

Additional Position Qualifications:

- bachelors degree or a minimum of four years of professional work experience (post high school) preferred.  Candidates within six months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than four years experience who have more specialized Outside Sales experience

-signing bonus offered if you are already a pre licensed insurance agent with your 215
