We are professional, agile, agile and our goal is to Pineland Paper Co. is a privately owned, mid-sized distributor of sanitation/ janitorial, foodservice and packaging supplies to customers throughout middle and southeast Georgia. As a 4th Generation privately owned business, Pineland aims to be an alternative to the large private equity or publicly traded supply companies. Pineland procures, warehouses and delivers the goods it sells on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to most customers. Business is fast moving repeat business including disposables in the food service industry, packaging materials and everyday use products such as hand soaps, cleaning supplies, towels and tissue..

Responsibilities:
- Travel the territory on a weekly basis meeting with customers and end users.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct warm calling and lead generation activities to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical sales support and deliver customized solutions to clients
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the sanitiation/ janitorial, food service and/or packaging fields.
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Experience using CRM tools for managing sales activities and pipeline
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and develop effective sales strategies
- Business development experience, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
