Title: Sales Representative
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be a key player in developing and maintaining valuable business relationships with realtors to drive organizational growth. Your primary focus will be on achieving and exceeding year-end goals by targeting top producing realtors through cold calling, strategic sales visits, engaging presentations, participation in industry events, and following up on warm lead appointments scheduled by our Growth Team. This role encompasses planning, directing, and distributing marketing collateral within the designated territory, including Rock Hill/Fort Mill, Charlotte, Raleigh, and their surrounding areas.
Daily Functions:
- Promotion: Actively promote our organization to existing and potential realtors.
- Information Delivery: Provide information and promptly address inquiries from realtors.
- Marketing Material: Distribute collateral material such as flyers, coupons, and giveaways.
- Sales Visits: Conduct regular sales visits to realtor offices for relationship-building and business development.
- Event Participation: Attend sponsored events and industry-related classes to enhance market presence.
- Collaboration: Engage in weekly meetings with the Leadership Team to align strategies.
- Goal Achievement: Work diligently to meet weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Contact prospective agents using warm leads provided by our Growth Team and cold calling your target list.
- Record Maintenance: Utilize automated systems to maintain accurate realtor records.
- Relationship Building: Establish new business relationships and nurture existing ones for sustained growth.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations, either in person or virtually.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively handle realtor concerns and complaints to maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity, demonstrating leadership skills.
- Real Estate Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
- Goal-oriented: A record of accomplishment in consistently meeting and exceeding set goals.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with realtors.
- Organized: Demonstrated organizational skills and efficient time management.
- Education: Associate degree in business or a related field is required.
