We are searching for the perfect person to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative / Project Manager!
As an Outside Sales Representative / Project Manager, you’ll be the star of the show, and the friendly face that our TEC customers get to know. You will start by inspecting roofs for damage as a result from severe weather, You will then assist the homeowner with the insurance claims process, create the scope/estimate of the project, close the sale, and oversee the entire construction process to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.

About the job:
Promote TEC’s services and products to potential customers and communicate effectively through the project lifecycle;
Assist homeowners with navigating the insurance claims process;
Must be able to develop and maintain customer relationships by using a combination of self-generated leads achieved through door-knocking, and referrals;
Oversee teams on projects and installations to ensure the quality of work is up to TEC’s standards;
Must be able to get up on roofs to inspect for damage along with looking for damage around siding and gutters;
Provide exceptional customer service;
Must have a valid driver's license.
