We give you 12 to 15 of these appointments a week. Our company closing average is 40-50% and you should sell at least 5 or 6 pools per week (average commission per sale is $600-800) making you at least $3500/WK (paid on the 5th and 20th of each month). We also give you a bonus on top of your commission of $150 for every cash paid pool and $100 for every financed pool you sell all season. That bonus is paid on one big check at the end of the pool season. For example, if you sell 100 pools your bonus will be between $10,000 and $15,000.
We are a large, nationwide above-ground pool company and have been in business since 1982. Our pools range in price from $299 to over $10,000. We do not cold-call, do telemarketing , or go door to door. We give you 100% of your appointments. We run commercials on TV so all of our customers are calling us and asking us to send a sales rep to their home when they are ready to buy a pool. Before we set the appointment we run their credit and get them fully approved for a loan before we go anywhere to see anybody. We make sure all decision makers will be there for your entire presentation and allow you to call them before you drive out to make sure they are going to be home. You will never go see someone who isn't home and never go see someone who can't buy.

How long is training?
Training is a MANDATORY 2.5 day class. We pay for your hotel and provide your sales kit. We never ask you for a dime for anything!
Do you offer online training?
No, you must attend one of our in-person training classes NO EXCEPTIONS.
How often do you pay?
We pay twice a month on the 5th and 20th of each month. What is sold between 1st and 15th is paid on the 20th and what is sold 15th-31st is paid on 5th.
How much money can I expect to make a week?
Our average reps make around $3500/week in commissions plus bonus & base/gas allowance. immediately after they finish training
How does the bonus work?
Every time you sell a pool in addition to your commission we will give you an extra $100-150 towards your bonus check. Our reps can expect to sell a minimum of 6 pools a week and receive their bonus check in August.
Do you offer a base pay or help with gas?
Yes, we give you $25/appointment as a small base of $300-$400/week to pay for your gas.
Is this a 1099 Position?
Yes, this is an independent contractor position, however we are giving you 100% of all of your appointments. The hard part is done, you are just closing deals.
How much money can I expect to make?
Our reps typically make around $3500/week in commissions per week plus $25/appointment which is around $300-400/week AND a bonus on each sale!!! Which means you will make around $3800/week plus bonus.
How does the bonus work?
Everytime you get a sale we give you an extra $100-$150 towards your bonus check.
Is this a full-time or part-time Position?
This is a full-time position in which you will be going on 2-3 appointments per day
What is the territory that I will cover?
You will cover an area that is a 2 hour radius of your home address. This means you may have an appointment on the next street from your house or you could have one as far as two hours away. This does not mean you will drive two hours to every appointment or even two hours away. It simply means that you are willing to go on an appointment up to two hours away from your home.
What do I need to have to be considered for this amazing opportunity?
YOU MUST HAVE: a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, a smart phone,sales experience (preferably selling high ticket products/services) and be a US citizen. If you do not meet these requirements please do not call as these are non-negotiable requirements.

How many reps are you hiring in my area?
Currently, we are hiring for 93 cities within the 20 states we cover. We never hire more reps than we have appointments. Each rep is getting 2-3 appointments a day so whether we need a few reps in your area or 20 reps in your area it doesn't affect you whatsoever so no need to ask.
