Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base ($95k 1st Yr. OTE) + Commission Ratio + Bonus Potential + Benefits

Sales Representative (1 Year Cold Calling / Prospecting Exp. Req.) Description
Our client in the Consumer Services industry is looking for a Sales Representative to add to their team in Austin, Texas. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying prospects, analyzing selling opportunities, as well as coordinating meetings and tours with potential clients. To be successful in this role, you must make a minimum of 100 weekly cold calls to businesses to gather information and arrange future appointments. To thrive in this role, you must have a 100% “hunter” mentality, with great time and territory management skills. Sales Representative (1 Year Cold Calling / Prospecting Exp. Req.) Responsibilities
• Average $100 per week in sales
• Traverse various distances to contact potential clients
• Qualify prospects prior to setting appointments
• Survey the qualified prospect to identify the account’s individual needs
• Prepare and execute presentations, proposal, and pricing based on initial survey
• Close the sale by completing a service agreement, customer fact sheet, and credit application
• Measure proper sizes for all wearers and be available for installation when required
• Complete all necessary new account paperwork
• Notify customer of installation date
• Prepare and submit all required weekly reports in Salesforce in a timely manner
• Use company phone to keep assigned representative and manager updated
• Keep track of business cards received while prospecting
• Ensure proper scheduling of appointments
• Update necessary information to Salesforce
• Train new hires
• Attend and participate in company, department, Sales Manager, and team meetings
Sales Representative (1 Year Cold Calling / Prospecting Exp. Req.) Qualifications
• 1 Year Cold Calling/prospecting experience required
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel and Outlook) required
• Driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Reliable personal vehicle required
• Strong “hunter” mentality required
