Position Description: The National Sales Manager will report directly to the President/CEO and have overall responsibility for all strategic and tactical aspects involved in achieving the Company’s sales and growth objectives, including:
Driving increased sales to the Company’s nationwide network of dealers
- Establishing new dealer relationships, and
- Developing and accomplishing high-impact marketing initiatives to architects, homebuilders and other market professionals to gain favor for the Company’s products in design, build and selection of residential elevators and dumbwaiters in new projects
- Drive new business development efforts by identifying and targeting potential customers, industries, and regions.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, regularly following up on leads and opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business deals.
Situation Description: Untapped opportunity to drive Sales Growth for a Residential Elevator and Dumbwaiter Manufacturers with Pre-Existing Installed Base
Sales: $15.0+ million
Geography: Candidate must reside within the United States and possess enthusiasm to travel extensively to accelerate sales (75% of time on the road). Strong preference for candidate to live within 30 miles of an international airport to efficiently travel throughout the country.
