Layer 8 Inc., is a sales Rep firm located in Northern California and in cooperation with Audio Visual & Lighting equipment manufacturers, provides Sales & Technical Services, covering regions in California, Nevada, and Hawaii.

Role Description
This is a full-time Professional Sales Representative position in assigned territory in Northern California and Northern Nevada. Schedule sales calls and travel within the territory 3 days per week. Remote work for customer support and scheduling when not traveling and making sales calls. Yes, you can work from your home office. The Professional Sales Representative- PRO AV will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Professional Sales Representative- PRO AV will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions. They will provide customer service support as needed. Maintain and update their account base and opportunities in our CRM database. Maintain Google calendar.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a B2B Sales Representative role.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Outside sales, preferably in the PRO Audiovisual Industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to cold call for scheduling sales calls
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience with CRM and sales tools, such as Salesforce, or similar
- Experience with Zoom, Google Meet or Teams
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary & Benefits
$60K starting base annual salary, plus earned commission structure, no ceiling
