Salary: $70,000-$80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (1st yr. OTE: $100K+)

Our client, a recreational equipment distributor, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to expand their market presence and drive sales across the state of Colorado. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospective clients – cities, schools, developers, and landscape architects.
The role involves a high level of face-to-face meetings, preconstruction bid walks, and building relationships throughout the 6 to 24-month sales cycle. This role suits individuals with a background in Outside Sales, particularly those experienced in high-contact, relationship-driven industries such as medical devices or technology sales. You will receive support from a dedicated sales engineer to facilitate the sales process, emphasizing building long-term relationships and navigating longer sales cycles. This is a lucrative and exciting opportunity to expand the market presence of a stable, long-established company looking to double its revenue over the next two years.

• Conduct prospecting and client meetings

• Outside B2B sales experience required
• Proven track record in prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales required
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools required
• Experience with longer sales cycles and relationship-based selling required
• Willingness to travel statewide and work independently required
