Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our landscaping services door to door. This role involves riding alongside our team members, identifying potential customers, and successfully closing deals.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and approach potential customers door to door to promote our landscaping services.
2. Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and address any customer questions or concerns.
3. Work alongside our team members to demonstrate our services and answer inquiries from potential customers.
4. Secure sales by convincing customers to sign up for our promotion, which includes a fresh lawn cut, weed trimming, and debris pickup for $20.
5. Utilize your knowledge of landscaping services to effectively sell our offerings and upsell additional services as appropriate.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales leads, and closed deals.
7. Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.

Task Per Hour: Ensure your team members has 3 yards, to complete an hour.

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping services and the ability to effectively communicate service offerings to potential customers.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• This position offers a base salary of $18.00 per hour based on task completion.
• Uniform purchase is required, and a background check and drug test are mandatory (insurance does not cover).
• This is a 1099 position with a work schedule of Monday - Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (1-hour, 30-minute break included).
