Responsibilities:
Territory Management:
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve sales targets.
- Regularly visit healthcare facilities, clinics, and other potential clients within the assigned territory.
Product Promotion:
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our disposable medical products to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as needed.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical product sales, with a focus on disposables.
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a car for travel within the designated territory.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
