Form of workWe are seeking a BilingualOutside Sales Representativefor a permanent position in Stockton.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and initiate outreach and engagement activities in communities live to ensure consistent achievement of monthly referrals, home visits, and enrollment goals
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with community organizations to generate qualified leads that reflect our mission and value proposition, and turn them into enrollments
- Establish and maintain best-in-class relationships with community leaders and partners including physicians, hospital discharge planners, post-acute facilities, and other potential referral sources within the service area
- Develop and implement a monthly marketing plan to achieve monthly enrollment goals with Marketing, Outreach, & Enrollment Director
Job Requirements:
- Valid state driver's license with a clean DMV record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a successful sales and marketing role with at least 1 year in a healthcare or senior care setting
- Bilingual: Spanish
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or health care administration preferred
- Outside sales experience
