Outside Sales Rep

Since 1966 Micalline has been a trendsetter in the kitchen and bath surfaces market. We are looking to add an Outside Sales Rep to our team!

Outside Sales Reps manage and develop existing accounts and acquire new clients. This is an excellent role for an active listener with a compelling sales personality and driven to succeed and is not afraid to learn something everyday and cold call. You will reach out to designers, architects, re-modelers, custom home builders, production home builders, general contractors and anyone that has to make a purchasing decision for countertops, showers and baths.

The Ideal candidate will have Sales experience, preferably in the Kitchen and Bath industry. Possess excellent communication skills, be ambitious and energetic, willing to learn and cultivate our sales process.

Promoting work / life balance, ethics, honesty, transparency, dedication and persistence.

They should be able to do rough kitchen and/or bath measures, read blueprints, meet with customers to go over room designs and make purchasing recommendations.

This position is paid a base pay plus uncapped bonus for meeting targets. Networking abilities, event planning abilities a plus. Any interior design experience a plus.

Entrepreneurial candidates will do well. People that need constant supervision or the ones looking to do just the minimum to get by need NOT apply.
