Dreamweaver Hair Extensions, LLC is a luxury hair extension brand that specializes in offering the highest quality extension hair and education to hair stylist all over the US through online sales and Social Media reach.
Located in Anderson, SC- this job will be part time with the opportunity to grow to a full time position.
Requiring 6-10 hours a week in person content filming/capturing content with stylist in a salon setting and 5-15 more hours a week option for remote work, if desired.
We are looking for Social Media Coordinator & sales specialist to help capture, create and post digital media content to all social platforms. In addition, engage with potential customers (hairstylists) on Social Media platforms, email and website platform. This will including creating graphic and content for ads, website and email marketing. Working side by side with me to stay active behind the scenes to engage with current customers and potential new customers with PR packaging and engagement
Heavily focused in:
- Short form video content (TikTok, Reels, Social ads, etc)
- Long for video (online education videos)
- Content photography and basic editing skills
- Aesthetic graphic content- staying on brand
- Posting to all socials, email marketing and website updates (via Shopify)
- Photo/ video skills are a must (I have equipment)
I need someone who is willing to help in any Social Media/ online sales/ growth via Social Media area that I need you to help in- so I need you to be able to adapt and ask questions to learn quickly so we have the same vision for the brand. I am open ears and will hear all of your suggestions on Social Media/ growth also!
Job duties include:
- Must be a self starter- take my idea and vision and run with it!
- Manage all Social platforms
- Monitor Social Media trends that are specific to the beauty industry to stay up-to-date with the best reach content
- Schedule, organize and manage content creation and shoots
- Brainstorming, constructing and implementing new campaign ideas
- Generating new leads
- Creating meta ads and understanding how to reach our customer.
- Basic understanding of SEO tactics
- Engage with fillers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Other Social Media/ online sales duties that may arise within reason
Job requirements:
- No degree required but a plus. We will need to see previous Social Media experience, students are encouraged to apply!
- No beauty industry experience required although you will need to stay up to date and do your research with beauty industry standards and understand dialogue to target other beauty industry professionals.
- Proficiency in Google SEO is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
