We are on the lookout for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic Medical Devices sales team. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment, with plenty of room for growth and advancement. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in a specific territory by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying customer needs, and promoting our innovative medical equipment. You will be the face of our company in your territory, representing our brand and values with professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth in your assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers and key decision makers.
• Identify and understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close sales deals.
• Conduct regular cold calls and face-to-face meetings with potential clients to promote our medical devices and equipment.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales potential in assigned territories.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in your territory to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within your assigned territory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven Outside Sales experience, preferably in the medical devices industry.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales, territory sales, and account management.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven track record of successful sales and territory management.
• Excellent cold calling skills and the ability to handle rejection.
• Knowledge of capital equipment sales is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, with a 'hunter' mentality and a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
