Position Summary: We are seeking a Outside Sales Lead who will responsible for overseeing, leading, and supervising our team of door-to-door sales representatives in Memphis. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in door-to-door sales and team leadership, a proven history of leading successful campaigns, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Additionally, the ability to engage in door knocking themselves is a crucial aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently plan door-to-door routes, shifts, and team schedules to enhance outreach and maximize efficiency in reaching potential customers
- Assist homeowners with insurance claims and storm damage inspections
• Initiate and manage door-to-door campaigns from inception, devising innovative and effective marketing strategies
• Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing door-to-door team capable of effectively promoting our services
• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the door-to-door team, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives
• Establish realistic marketing targets for the team and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to help them enhance their skills and reach their goals
• Regularly assess the performance of the door-to-door team, offering constructive feedback to ensure target achievement and addressing areas for improvement
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business
• Analyze data to spot trends and identify areas for improvement in the door-to-door strategy
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in door-to-door marketing and management
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities for coordinating team activities efficiently
• Proven track record in devising and implementing successful marketing strategies
• Demonstrated history of meeting targets and driving growth
• Proficiency in data analysis and identifying growth opportunities
• Customer-focused mindset and aptitude for building and maintaining relationships
