As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. ```Duties```
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
- Provide guidance and support to sales associates in delivering exceptional customer service
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of products
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on sales performance
- Train new sales associates on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in sales management or supervisory role
