Store Manager/Shift Lead/Sales Manager

The position requires:

At least 3-5 years of professional management experience.

1.Knowledge of wine and spirits required or being able to learn the products fast.Ability to develop the selection.

2.Creating a sales and service focused team within the store to expand our customer base and maximize profitability. The ability to compete and develop the selection of the store.

3.Staff and schedule including interviewing, hiring, and training team members.

4.Maintain store inventory in order, product ordering, interaction with sales representatives.

5.Creating projects and control the completion of them to keep the store ideally neat, clean, well-stocked and organized.

6.Finding and managing ways to develop the business in general. Managing all processes in the store.

7.Being able to make reports, knowledge of Microsoft Word, general understanding of Excel. Ability to learn fast.

What we're looking for 21 years of age or older, 3+ years management in retail . Experience leading and motivating a sales-focused team. Experience developing team member performance and coaching. Experience managing overall financial performance. Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, weekends availability is required, holiday availability is required as well as major events in Downtown Nashville. We are looking for energetic, dedicated, punctual person who is ready to be out with the team to improve all processes in the store. Being on feet for extended period of time for 8-10 hours a day if necessary. Climb ladders and lift 50 lbs. overhead and repeatedly.

The candidate must be hard working, self-motivated, great customer service and attitude, punctual, great organizing skills, desire to grow and develop with our team.
