Salary: $60-65,000 a year + Commission. 1st year OTE is $120k

Full Job Description Outside Sales Executive:

We are a Workforce Management Company who specializes in Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, and Employee Benefits. We are in a rapidly growing market serving small to medium-sized businesses. We are the fusion of two disciplines: SaaS and Workforce Management.

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Outside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced, engaging, and collaborative environment and possesses the passion and the skillset for success.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect for new business
• Using your experience, our methodologies and support structure, qualify leads, manage, and develop leads, close new agreements with potential clients in all industry verticals.
• Meet and exceed your annual target.
• Become an expert on getting introduced or referred to new prospects
• Complete necessary administrative task daily including updating your CRM
• Engage in weekly sales trainings to learn and improve from others

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

• Prospecting
• A motivated, hungry, sales rep who finds solutions to closes deals.
• Ability to discover and understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale
• Ideal candidates should possess B2B technology sales experience (HRIS sales is preferred)
• A demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve a sales target
• Confidence and strong presentation skills, as well as strong verbal & written communication skills when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Associate's Degree required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Candidates can work remotely or at our headquarters in Frederick, MD
