Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will represent on of the nations largest and most recognized telecommunications provider. You will be trained to follow up on targeted and pre-qualified leads, build relationships with new clients, and close deals. Your responsibilities will include learning and implementing our proven sales systems and applying those principals to create a phenomenal experience for future customers and a have fun in the process. It's well known that the best sales are rooted in building trust and building rapport with new and existing customers. Therefore we are going to train and equip you with the tools and knowledge to perform well within your territory, evaluating their needs, and negotiating successful deals. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, belief within themselves, the desire to be better every day and even a stronger desire to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy
- Digitally keep track all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
- Use our proved best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in Outside Sales
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and ability to stay humble and level headed
