Job Description:
Oversee all aspects of the Evansville agronomy facility including, managing the day-to-day activities of the liquid load-out facility (both inbound and outbound movement), oversee the anhydrous ammonia movement in and out of the facility, and supervising full and part time employees at the facility. Job will include Operations at Evansville and will work in conjunction with the Janesville and Winnebago locations.

LOCATION: Evansville, WI
HOURS: Full-Time day shift, 40 hours a week with extended hours in the Spring and Fall
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage the day to day activities of the Evansville location.
- Efficient dispatch of anhydrous ammonia and tender trucks in season.
- Lead and direct location specific projects throughout the year to ensure completeness.
- Manage all aspects of maintenance and safety at the Evansville facility and ensure that employees are following correct protocol and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Understand and abide by the rules and regulations of DATCP concerning the environment.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction/ service.
- Help to identify wants/needs requests as they come up and communicate to Management.\Serve farmers and others involved in the agriculture industry.
- Stay up to date with new agricultural trends and technology.
- All other duties assigned by manager.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of chemical and fertilizer required.
- 3+ years of experience in agricultural field required.
- Strong knowledge of equipment and willingness to learn new functionalities.
- Previous experience in inventory management required.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Management, or a related field preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Class A or B CDL.
- WI Custom Applicators Certification, or willingness to obtain.
