St. Josephs Behavioral Health Center is a licensed not-for-profit facility providing comprehensive behavioral health services for psychiatric and chemical dependency disorders. We offer a 35-bed inpatient hospital day treatment and Outpatient Services. Responsibilities
The Coordinator of Outpatient Services is responsible for monitoring staffing, programming and training of the outpatient social services team. Responsibilities include: scheduling, supervision, orientation, training, audits and evaluation of clinical documentation. Coordinator will work with Social Services Director on developing policies and procedures for Outpatient Services. Coordinator will monitor social and psychotherapeutic services rendered to patients and their families. This employee will supervise MFT trainees, interns and MSW interns. The Coordinator of Outpatient Services will demonstrate competence with dialectical behavioral therapy and participate in the DBT consult team. The Coordinator will hold a case load and during high/low census, sick and vacation, all types of leave of absences and job vacancies, the Coordinator may perform duties of regular staff as they relate to patient care. The Coordinator will consult routinely with the Director of Social services in regards to clinical operations.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Master's degree in Mental health required.
- Current BLS Card
- LCSW, MFT or Clinical Psychologist License required
Preferred:
- One (1) or more years of experience in an Inpatient Psychiatric hospital preferred.
Pay Range
$36.96 - $53.59 /hour
