Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist with a preference for a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). As a key member of our team, you will not only be responsible for delivering top-notch patient care but also play a pivotal role in physician outreach, direct-to-consumer marketing, and social media engagement/content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, fitness trainers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.
• Actively engage in physician outreach to build and maintain strong referral relationships.
• Drive direct-to-consumer marketing initiatives to enhance the clinic's visibility and reach within the community.
• Leverage social media platforms to create engaging content and foster online community engagement.
• Participate in educational and wellness events to promote the importance of physical therapy and overall health.

Qualifications:

• Doctor's degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• Valid Physical Therapy state license to practice
• Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 0+ years of outpatient clinical experience. New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferred certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing and social media engagement.
• Passion for promoting health and wellness within the community.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
