HYBRID POSITION- 60% IN PERSON 40% REMOTE

 Gemma Services has an Outpatient program operating out of our Southwest and Mt. The fulltime Child & Adolescent Outpatient Therapist provides weekly individual and/or family psychotherapy services to children/adolescents (ages 3yrs to 17yrs) as assigned, which includes conducting the assessment, treatment planning, implementation, and discharge planning for clients on their caseloads.

• The weekly billable requirement is 27 hours, with a financial bonus provided for hours billed over the minimum.
• The Child & Adolescent Outpatient Therapist carries the expectation of attending and obtaining training in TF-CBT and PCIT and maintaining a caseload in these modalities.

Our supervisors meet with clinicians weekly and can assist in obtaining the approved hours for clinical licensure! We assist in obtaining training in evidence-based practices of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) as available.

 Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human service field required; Minimum 1 year post graduate experience preferred.

• The work schedule is Monday through Thursday 12 pm to 8 pm, and Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Flexibility in substituting a weekend day for a weekday, if desired.
• The position is hybrid in-person and telehealth, with 60% in-person and 40% telehealth.
