We seek a motivated and results-driven Remote Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and play a crucial role in expanding our network and increasing sales.
Job Description:
As a Remote Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients within the plumbing, roofing, and HVAC sectors. Your primary goal will be to inform them about our referral program and persuade them to join, ultimately increasing our customer base and revenue. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct Outbound Calls: Make a minimum of 75 calls per day to plumbing, roofing, and HVAC companies to introduce them to our referral program.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our referral program, its benefits, and how it can add value to potential clients in the target industries.
3. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive and lasting relationships with potential clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
4. Sales Pitch: Craft compelling and tailored sales pitches that highlight the unique advantages of our referral program and its potential impact on their business.
5. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and data analysis to ensure that your time is spent efficiently.
6. Sales Tracking: Keep accurate records of all calls, interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system.
7. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas, demonstrating a consistent ability to close deals.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, share insights, and improve the effectiveness of your sales efforts.
10. Commission-Based Compensation: Earn commission based on the number of successful referrals generated, in addition to your hourly rate.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Outbound sales or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a remote environment.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the plumbing, roofing, or HVAC industries is a plus.

Pay: $25.77 - $31.04 per hour
