We are seeking an Outbound Sales Associate to join our team. We’re looking for a highly motivated self-starter, who is comfortable working independently and in collaboration with the team. This is a 100% remote position.
This is a hunter role where your primary responsibility is to focus on new business in North America. This includes but is not limited to generating and converting leads, proposal preparation, meeting revenue targets, updating CRM (Hubspot), and creating accurate pipeline forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and build new prospect pipeline
- Understand clients’ needs to build tailored messaging for our offerings
- Contact prospects via cold calling and email
- Maintain high engagement with new and existing leads
- Initiate proposals and contracts
- Update CRM
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Outbound Sales experience, comfortable in the “hunter” role
- Polished, proactive, passionate, persistent, competitive
- Strong communication skills and ability to align offerings to business needs
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Sustainability/ESG background a strong plus
- Nice to have – Conversant in Spanish
- BA/BS or equivalent
- Authorized to work in USA
