Responsibilities

• Sense of urgency for converting warm/hot Seller Leads into signed contracts
• Being result-focused by building rapport with Long-term follow up with Seller Leads Over the phone
• Updating and managing Follow-Ups inside of CRM
• Accountability for results: Deliver on expected KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Quick decision-making in response to changing conditions
• Directive leadership to assure business results are achieved
• Follow up on timeliness and quality

Qualifications

• Must be able to work EST hours.
• Sales Background – working experience as a Health Insurance Agent, Car salesman, Insurance Agent, Call Center Experience, and Timeshare Sales are highly preferable
• An upbeat personality, high energy, and positive attitude
• Extroverted, confident, persuasive, and stimulates others to action
• An empathic individual with a passion for SERVING others
• Negotiation skills – we will be converting leads to deals and making offers
