Shift: 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team and oversee the outbound part of our logistics process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong understanding of shipping procedures, and proficiency in computer systems and software. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of products from our facility to their final destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Outbound Shipments

• Receive drivers and help them check in and check out.

• Allocate the dock and arrange forklift driver to load 

• Plan, organize, and oversee the outbound logistics process to ensure timely and

• accurate delivery of products to customers.

• Leverage computer systems to manage and track shipments, maintain accurate inventory records.

• Proactively identify and address any issues, delays, or exceptions in the outbound

• logistics process.

• Response in time to operation team inquiries related to shipping, delivery times, and order status.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, with a focus on outbound operations.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in logistics software and

• Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance.
