Outbound Call Center Representative

Responsibilities: - Conduct Outbound Calls to potential customers to promote products or services - Develop and implement strategies for business development and market expansion - Utilize sales techniques to achieve sales targets - Provide technical information about products during sales presentations - Engage in warm calling to establish connections with leads - Update and maintain customer information in Salesforce Experience: - Proven experience in Outbound Calling and inside sales - Familiarity with technology sales and software products - Strong background in sales, particularly in technical sales - Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers - Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions This position as an Outbound Call Center Representative requires a candidate with a solid background in Outbound Calling, business development, and technical sales.
