This Call Center position plays an important supportive role in helping customers stay on track throughout their publishing project and answers questions as they arise.
Responsibilities:
● Make outgoing calls to current and new customers
● Meet and exceed expected daily call goal
● All other duties deemed necessary by management
Benefits:
· Flexible 8 hour shifts available Monday through Friday between 7 a.m and 5:30 p.m

· $500 Training Bonus (paid at end of season), plus $1.50 per hour for regular time and $2.25 for overtime accumulated through hours worked, paid at seasons end (typically end of May)
