We're a dynamic and diverse team specialized in developing cutting-edge CTV applications, and we're looking for passionate individuals eager to jumpstart their career in software engineering to join our vibrant team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Software Engineer, you'll be an integral part of our development team, contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions for CTV applications. We're seeking individuals with a solid foundation in React/Preact, Next.js, JavaScript, and Tailwind. While prior experience is a bonus, we value enthusiasm and a strong grasp of fundamental computer science principles.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain robust CTV applications
- Contribute to the design and implementation of user interfaces using React/Preact and Next.js
- Utilize JavaScript and Tailwind for efficient front-end development
- Apply basic computer science concepts to problem-solving and software development
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and frameworks
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Proficiency in React/Preact, Next.js, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Basic understanding of computer science principles
- A keen interest in learning and growing within a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
- Prior experience with projects or internships involving React, Next.js, or similar technologies
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Exposure to agile development methodologies

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $75,000.00-115,000.00 annually for California. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
